The Original Garden

Though man has wandered far from the original garden setting into which God placed His first human creations, it was there in that very first chapter of Genesis God revealed His original intent for the proper nourishment of not only the physical bodies of Adam and Eve but each one of us living today.

As time passed man started wandering further and further from the garden foods God originally ordained for human nourishment and began eating foods not found in the garden.

(How true that is~I don't think Cocoa-Puffs were in the garden) ( It truly is a no-brainer why so many people are sick with cancer and other diseases.) (We all know what the cure is~eat the garden foods)

Daily Schedule/Cancer Free

I truly believe if a person used this guide as a way to get healthy ~ you would achieve it very quickly.

7:30-8:30 a.m. Bible study and prayer

7:30-8:30 a.m. 16 oz glass of water (filtered)

8:30 Fresh squeezed orange juice

9:00 Breakfast

10:00 Carrot/apple juice (Exercise, walking outdoors in the sunlight and fresh
air ~ take a bottle of water with you)

11:00 Carrot/apple juice

11:30 Green leafy veggie juice w/ apple

12:00 Carrot/apple juice

12:30 Read your bible healing promises & pray

1:00 p.m. Lunch

2:30 Carrot/apple juice

3:30 Green leafy veggie juice w/ apple

4:00 Carrot/apple juice

4:30 Green leafy veggie juice w/apple

5:30 Carrot/apple juice

6:00 Dinner

7:30 Carrot/apple juice

8:00 8 oz glass of water (filtered)

8:30 Carrot/apple juice

9:00 - 9:30 8 oz. glass of water (filtered)

9:00 Prayer

9:30 Bed

Breakfast, lunch & dinner are meals on the healthy eating plan posted previously.

Juice Drinks ~ For excellent health

Carrot/Apple Juice Recipe (8oz.)

3-4 large carrots
1 sm-med green apple
Green Leafy Vegetable Juice Recipe (8oz)

1 wedge of red cabbage
a handful of romaine lettuce leaves
1 1/2 in. wedge of green pepper
1 leaf of red chard
a handful of endive or escarole
1 sm green apple
(if these greens aren't available, use the next best dark green leafy veggie ~ don't juice spinach ~ it contains too much concentrated oxalic acid when juiced. Don't use celery ~ it contains too much concentrated sodium when juiced.)
