Why Juicing?

I am asked quite often "why juice the carrots instead of just eating them?". The answer to that is found in the book "Gods Way to Ultimate Health".

The advantage in juicing raw vegetables is that when the juice is separated from the fiber, the great majority of nutrients stay in the juice.. because the fiber has been removed, these fresh, living nutrients in the juice can get into the bloodstream and to the cellular level in minutes, without the time-consuming and energy-depleting process of digestion.
